We want first to answer the most important question: Are the purchase of a property in Turkey safe and legally protected? This can be answered with an unequivocal yes. You must make an agreement approved by Notary, private contracts have no legal validity in Turkey. In this legally approved contract, all details are stated, like property-size, location etc. Following this you should apply at the land register-office for enrolling the Title Deed of your future property. From this time, nobody can claim your object. After two to three months, you are registered as official owner within the authorities (Tapu-office) and will receive the Title deed. Through all these formalities you are always accompanied by sworn in interpreters.

Our office is since several years situated in the center of Alanya, on the opposite side of the main street from the „big bazaar ".
The owner Mustafa Bekar, was for some period the Mayor of Alanya, and he has been a chairman of the uppermost construction commission in Alanya for several years. In his team there are also two competent consultants, and one of them is an authorized interpreter. Naturally English and German are fluently spoken.

Over and over again you read: The construction method corresponds to German standard. However, we are in Turkey, this is not possible. But, we do fulfill the highest standard which is prescribed here. The shell must after completion be controlled and authorized from the so-called "yapi denetim", an authority under state control. Among other, it is checked whether it is used enough iron and concrete to guarantee the firmness of the construction.
Besides we do of course use materials that are known in Europe as well: double glazed windows, steel main doors, American door systems within the villa, the best technology available are used in the Swimming pool and the solar energy system. And where do you find as costly stucco with built in spot lights, marble or granite layer on the floors, automatic garage doors, Jacuzzi in the bathroom and 3 bathrooms in one property the size of a single-family dwelling?
